HANDS FLAT PILATES
Online and live classes see Bookings tab for details

As someone who has played sport all my life I have picked up the inevitable catalogue of injuries.
By the time of my early 50's I was finding that some of these injuries were impeding my ability to lead and enjoy an active life.
Sharing my war stories with a fellow gym goer I was pointed in the direction of Pilates.
After persevering for 3 months I found the clock being wound back and a level of mobility and strength being achieved that I had not had for 20 years.
One year further on and I was pain free and enjoying a significantly enhanced feeling of well being.
Approaching my early 60’s I decided to share my Pilates experience with others and so embarked upon an instructors course gaining my VTCT Level 3 qualification in March 2018.
Prior to taking up Pilates, I struggled to touch my toes by bending forward. Now, I am able to not only touch my toes with ease but get my hands flat! Hence the name of my classes.
With the Covid-19 restrictions still in place I have moved my classes online and I hope to see you at one of them soon.
