Handsflat Pilates goes online!

Actually, Handsflat has been delivering online sessions for the last couple of months, however, the classes have now moved to a high tech, purpose built multi-media facility - my garage!
One of the distinct benefits of the lockdown is the positive effect people are discovering of the benefits of regular exercise both to physical and mental well being.
However, as a lot of people are finding, a sudden embarkation on running or weights programs can bring with it a host of potential injuries. Pilates is the ideal antidote to such possible woes. The exercises are specifically designed to strengthen the core whilst improving flexibility thus guarding against muscle strains and pulled hamstrings.
All Pilates exercises are non-concussive (no impact). All you need is a mat, space to lay it down, comfortable clothing and a broadband connection.
At the moment I am running a 12 noon lunchtime class every day - except Sunday - plus an early birds class at 7.15am on Friday morning.
